Energyhelpline-Poor service... Be warned
As part of energyhelpline's transfer service they send out a template cancelling your existing contract.
To cut a long story short they sent my one relating to a small business transfer with the wrong supplier on it and as it was only a PO Box address I had no way of knowing it was correct but as I'd used their service before I foolishly trusted their staff to get it right.
As a result I ended up being locked into another contract and to sum up EH's response...."Yes we got it wrong it's our fault but Tough, Not our problem!!!!"
Won't be using them again!!!!!!!!! Business or Domestic
