Where can I find old BG electric tariffs
Initially for just this year, but maybe for pst 7 years. due to 2 meters and incorrect meter exchange BG have had to cancel all old bills and re-bill. I still think the bill is a little too high but need the info to verify it. There are so many rates displayed the bill is impossible to follow.

Details are still vague, it is a new `Capped product` which will be cheaper than BG. They are not announcing price cuts yet, they are waiting to see what the other suppliers do first. The new product will be available from Monday, there are no tie ins and when their prices do drop, the customers prices will drop also. I`m…

Switching from prepayment meter
I'm with BG who are (apparently) my cheapest supplier according to the various websites I've checked! Anyway I've had a gas prepayment meter for years and owe no debt (actually £35 in credit) and I want to switch back to a 'normal' meter, does anyone know how much this would cost me?

SimplySwitch: over 4 1/2 months to get cashback
At last! It's taken 4 months & 18 days plus many chasing e-mails (some unanswered) to eventually get the £15 cashback. Not quite the 60 days after application as stated. When switching, I did not even get a confirmation e-mail that it was taking place or anything until they eventually answered on of my e-mails. Scottish…
