SimplySwitch: over 4 1/2 months to get cashback

At last! It's taken 4 months & 18 days plus many chasing e-mails (some unanswered) to eventually get the £15 cashback. Not quite the 60 days after application as stated.
When switching, I did not even get a confirmation e-mail that it was taking place or anything until they eventually answered on of my e-mails. Scottish Power (electric) did contact me the next day and have been fine.
Also, I only found out they'd paid up when I checked my bank balance today.
They seem to have a very poor system which they may profit from by applicants forgetting about their cashback.
Please take note should you be thinking of using them!
