Energy Watch

Due to a problem I've had with British Gas I contacted energy watch via their website last week.
I've had no reply from them & its been 7 days so far, I know its not really that long to wait but I've had 3/4 months of waiting due to BG already.
Just wondering how long I should leave it before contacting them again and how long other people have waited for a reply?

    BG is probably keeping them busy at the moment. I'd say give it a few more days, if you still haven't had a response give em a call to chase it up.
