New Scottish Power product
Details are still vague, it is a new `Capped product` which will be cheaper than
BG.
They are not announcing price cuts yet, they are waiting to see what the other suppliers do first.
The new product will be available from Monday, there are no tie ins and when their prices do drop, the customers prices will drop also.
I`m unsure how much cheaper this will be compared to BG, the only details I have been given is that it will be cheaper.

You will find details of the tariff on some of the cashback sites recommended by MSE.
The tariff was available from sale at 1052 on Friday 23rd. We have been displaying since 1100 Friday 23rd.
The new Capped Product version K has been designed to be on average £50 cheaper than ScottishPower standard products and the customers' prices will be protected until May 2008, also if their standard prices fall so will the capped price.
It is only available to customers paying by monthly direct debit and is available for dual fuel and electricity only0
