Ebay tickers purchase - seller sending recorded

Forgot customs label for USA
God I'm so annoyed at myself! Sold an item of clothing to the USA, posted it on Fri and just found the cutoms label still on my roll here. GRRR. It was low value second hand (£10), probably costs £25 new. Does anyone know what will happen? Will it come back to me or will the buyer be charged anything? Could kick myself!

Collection only question
If one sells something on collection only, do you need to do print something out for the buyer to sign to say that they collected the item? Just curious as it seems they could pick the item up but then deny ever doing so, and it would be your word against theirs.

I am re-listing various Dvd's that used the Ebay "find your product". Upon re-listing I am finding that all the info from the last time listed has gone. Also, when I find the DVD title that was there last time, the search comes up with nothing. Many DVD movies I try just don't come up at all. What is going on ?
