Payment not claimed - seller paypal address wrong. What can i do?

Bought an item a few weeks ago but payment was never claimed. Looked at paypal payment and it has went to an incorrect email address, (last letters wrong)
Seller has been no help and says they have had no other problems but this was the last thing they have sold.
Cancelled the payment and sent again but again same problem, they have obv an incorrect address set up on paypal. (is it possible to have changed this if the item sold for less than expected so they didnt have to post?)

What can i do now, seller is no help at all. Can i contact ebay/ report for anything? Can even claim for item not receiived as it says payemnt not made so wont let me open claim.

If they are not responding to you and you have your money back, Complain to ebay about a non performing seller/ incorrect payment details and leave them a nice negative. See if that gets them to think again.

Even if the email address is wrong i thought the payment would show as paid?

Payment is showing as pending as address isnt a vaild one so payment has no where to go.
