Winning bidder not collecting item

Hi
We sold a mirror on Ebay a few weeks ago, buyer took almost a week to pay. She paid via paypal though we'd said cash on collection was fine too. We arranged for her to come and collect, she didn't show up. The following weekend we were visiting family near to where she lives and offered to meet up to give her the mirror, we didn't hear back from her. Last weekend she emailed asking if she could collect it on Sunday, we said yes as we were in all day - again she didn't show up, no email nothing.
Just wondering how long she has to collect the item before we give up and relist it? I'm not prepared to go out of our way waiting in for her not to show up again without explanation.
Obviously we cannot report her as a non-paying bidder as she has paid us.
Help!

She will still be able to report your item as not recieved though. I'd refund her money andsend her one last email, asking her to bring cash on collection, giving her about a week before you give up. Then I'd send through a cancellation request. That way, if she's not checking emails, or has just changed her mind, you should get your fees back0

I would definitely refund their PayPal payment now (mainly because you shouldn't accept paypal for collected items)
Tell them 'nicely' that you've waited in twice for them, and would they now please agree for the transaction to be cancelled. If they still say they want it - tell them you will now only accept cash on collection.0
