hi there, i sold a fireplace on ebay, winning bid was 80£. was supposed to be coc but thats a different matter. he paid via paypal on 19/05 and showed up in account, then yesturday i made a paypal transaction for the same amount which would of left my pp balance empty...now just had email saying payment hold now…

I sent an item to the wrong address
I sent an item (tickets) to the address ebay gave me. The buyer says this isn't her address and the event is tomorrow. Is there anything I can do? Whose fault is this? I sent it special delivery, can Royal Mail help me? Or should I contact ebay?
