how should i deal with this ebayer

Sold a boys T-shirt on 20th of may new with tags, seller left positive feedback etc, today had a message saying they've washed it a couple of times and the writing has started to come off, i have sold loads more of these t-shirts and haven't had any problems they arn't market stall rubbish they are official merchandise and seem to be very high quality

The buyer hasn't said exactly what they expect me to do about it but im presuming they want a refund, what exactly am i supposed to do in this situation it hasn't happened to me before.

Thanks :D

If it was me I would ask them to send it back and then refund them once you have received it.

Ask them to send a photo.

Perhaps it's a faulty one, in which case you could offer them another, or give them a refund.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

    Are you a business seller?

If you're a private seller and you didn't make these t-shirts then it's tough IMO.

given the OP is selling 'loads' of new T shirts of the same type with tags
theres no way they could really be a private seller
