Is this a scam eBay auction?

I want to buy this. But with 82 sold at the moment & no feedback & seller in China I wonder if this is for real. The price is cheap & Free postage too??

Anyone can give me advice?

    why is it unsafe, that is the proper ebay site?
    Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
    They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
    Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    I can't advice you as to whether it's a con or not as I don't have enough experience on ebay but I've checked the item number and it's just a regular page on ebay as far as I can see, doesn't seem to be an unsafe link that needs blocking.

    They will be cheap fakes and knowing they are fakes makes it illegal to buy them in the uK.

    They've only been on ebay since 17/05/10 & sold the first pair on 18/05/10. It could be that the buyers haven't received them yet. But, the old, if something seems too good to be true, etc, springs to mind. Not that I would know if it's a bargain or not.
