Is this a scam eBay auction?

Do you really expect shoes from China being sold at far below cost price, without original tags and boxes (the environment, yeah right) and from a seller with 0 feedback would be the real deal? He hasn't even took a photo of the shoes. Most sellers would have provided photos showing tags/COAs etc.
It makes no difference what I think. You reported them because you say they are fake. The listing has no information to say they are not real so the listing won't be pulled. What you expect means nothing its what you can prove that matters0 -
You should be careful branding people or their items fakes as you could be guilty of libel.
As it stands, you do not possess ireffutable evidence that the item is fake. You have based your judgement largely on baseless suspicion cos they are new on ebay; have not enough feedback and the price of the item.
Unfortunately, this isnt enough to conclude an item is fake. People source items from varied sources and they may well could have access to bankrupt stock etc which they obtain for cheap and can infact sell for cheap.
Let us thread carefully and not label people with too much suspicious or derogatory tags.
e.g. if this seller had legal experience and saw OP comments on this thread, he may well be in line for a valid and genuine claim for damages due to libel as the comments has infact potrayed him in the minds of right thinking members of the public as a person that deals in fake0 -

Think I'll forget buying from this seller, i don't want any hassle!
Surely, if he sold over 100 items, he would at least have some feedback by now. If people didn't receive their purchase, I would have thought eBay would have removed the seller?
Strange!0 -
I got my son a pair of Converse from (of all places) TK Max - RRP £55, cost at TK Max £19.99 - he's an adult size 6 but they had lots of different styles in lots of different colours.
I live in Glasgow but try your local TK Max to see if they have any rather than buy fakes from Ebay.0 -

There's a strong possibility that they HAVE been sent but HMCE have intercepted them upon arrival, especially if they are fakes as some suspect. :cool:0
