Bought an item from someone on friday who had 100% + feedback & payed by paypal. Ever since it's been described as paypal payment pending & then from today I see that the seller is no longer a registered user. What do I do now? Cancel the paypal payment (& how do i do that). How long should you give someone to pay?
3 of my items ended on Wednesday, 2 of the winners paid within minutes. One still hasnt paid and I have had no reply to emails The person was the only bidder and places theirs within about 1 minute of the item ending. I cant believe they have now had the cheek not to pay. What would you do?
