Lloyds Credit Card
Hi guys, Had a Lloyds Visa Card which they switched to a Mastercard a few months ago. Spent a bit of money on the visa and was going to clear it all off but with them switching the cards over from Visa to M/C I've noticed that I am not paying any interest on the outstanding balance. I figured this was some kind of…

Just trying to browse through my favourite forum and I'm quite struck by how many diarys there are. Right that's me.......and yes before anyone points it…

Do I forewarn creditors
I am currently investigating the best option for me to become debt free, i.e. a DMP or IVA. When my credit card companies were calling me, I did explain that I had difficult in meeting payments and all I got was basically that's not our problem (not that I was expecting very much else). I was going to write to each of my…

Do you do the lottery...?
I haven't bought a lottery ticket in years, but my husband wants us to start doing the wednesday and saturday lottery - which would be £2 a week. Bearing in mind the chances of winning, this essentially is £2 down the drain (although he is very keen - 'got to be in it to win it') ...isn't it?!

what happens when I've paid off a CCJ?
I've been down the DMP route with CCCS long before I found this forum and thanks to a legacy I managed to pay off all my debts except one. Nationwide had got the CCJ against me before I went to CCCs so we left it alone. I only owe them £420 now, if I pay the set amount it will be finished in October 2008. :D WHat happens…
