What does it say?
They legally have to issue an enforcement notice before starting legal proceedings. Their normal procedure is to wait 14 days from the issue of the notice then, if they don't hear from you, issue a demand for full settlement.
If you have exceeded your limit, they will issue the demand immediately.
The demand is their last resort if they have exhausted all other avenues for debt recovery, so if you contact them they should arrange an alternative.

Hi,we are with Payplan - DMP so they have been recieving payments from April from us.With the charges they have been added to the account it has made us £299 over our limit.
Is it automatic court or could it be passed on to a DCA?
