IVA any experience

Hi some advise please on IVA looking like the only way what experience have people had do they work as I am currently most of the way through the cccs form just waiting to send it off.
Can you tell me how much you can pay?

    Sorry that I'm not really sure about this at all - I know the CCCS shoudl explain it all fully to you - have you spoke to them on the phone yet? Perhaps if you giv ethem a ring they will be able to explain it all as it's so individual to each person.

  • Without knowing your circumstance it is very difficult to advise. A lot depends on whether you have a property, or are living in rented accomodation.

    Also what profession you are in is a deciding factor as well.

    Many people are being talked into IVA's when they should instead be paying nominal repayments to their creditors.

    With IVA's your credit rating will be shot to pieces until the scheme is finished.

    If you need further advise, just provide a few more details.
