shopping allowances
After talking to a debt managment company:mad: They informed me that the average family (2adults 2 children) were entitled to £120 a week for shopping as this is the average amount spent, they allow you at least £480month for shopping. Makes you think doesn't it-the amount of people on here managing on £150 a month!!:eek:

So I got a credit card in June. Big mistake. Currently owe £830 on it; £480 on a Nationwide OD, and -700 on Natwest student OD. The CC is 0% until 1st March 2007. I'm at work at the moment over the summer for another two weeks, so I will have the NatWest OD clear by the 22nd September, in fact it will be +£200 or so ish.…
