Hi All
Newbie moneysaver here returning to the fray after being on holiday! We went camping in Wales and got rained on! so called moneysaving holiday which didn't quite work out that way! O.K. so I got a good deal on the campsite and the train fares but unfortunately spent a lot on food etc... felt bad about it but what can you do when you haven't got your store cupboard or freezer items to fall back on? Also had take away a few times and lunch or dinner in cafes a few times to cheer ourselves up because of it p***ing down with rain all the time!!
August has been bad anyway because OH has hardly earned any money this month (he's an actor) and we do rely on his contribution to make ends meet. September is not going to start off too well either.
So I think I have just got to accept that we will muddle through September somehow - albeit having to use the credit card to get through it - and go all guns blazing in October when things pick up!
Feeling a bit glum

Thanks everyone for your replies - they have made me feel so much better!
I have been online today and taken my holiday settings of my Amazon listings so hopefully will sell a few more books soon.
Also I have been on the Avon website (I am an Avon lady ding! dong!) and asked if I can expand my territory so I can earn some more cashola!
Also got my 1st 2 mystery shopping assignments to do tomorrow - ooh scary!
have been to see mortgage advisor at my bank today - they can only help me if I consolidate all my debts (no way am I doing that) but I have a few more possibilities to try (I want to move my mortgage if I can to try and save some money).
Going to see my chap in his show tonight but I really will get on and do my signature tomorrow so everyone can see exactly what I am having to deal with! :eek:PigginSkint's debt free diary
