Alternative to RBS 0870 Number
Hi all, I've done a search on the forum and I can't find a post related to this, so I apologise if this a duplicate. I needed to ring RBS today to CANCEL (yes, cancel :j) my CC (never thought I'd say that!) and I refuse to pay for calling them. So after a lot of Googling, I found an alternative number to the main card…

Expired CC - need to return item purchased
Hi All, I wonder if you could help - I purchased a couple of items on my Egg Money cc which I need to return now. However, following the transition, my Egg card has been replaced with a Barclaycard from today. Should I still be able to get a refund ok and is there likely to be an issue with the change of card issuer? tia

New deals for existing customers?
apart from companies like tescos and nationwide writing to you, how else do you know if they have new zero balance transfers for existing customers please. It seems that all the offers are for new customers only. so, will it be best to cancel these cards and apply again later? There's not much loyalty from these companies…

Hi, As anyone tried to transfer a balance from their new BarclayCard egg replacement card? I've tried today and the virgin site does not recognise the Barclays credit card numbers! Egg Extended Warranty - worthless
I know egg have just moved to Barclaycard, so I'm not sure if this still applies, but here goes. I have claimed on the Nationwide credit card extended warranty before, although it was many years ago. Card Guard cancellation
I have read some other threads about 'credit card protection' and just cancelled the Direct Debit that was setup with CPP Card Guard as I don't want to pay £ 31 a year for that service anymore. Is that all I need to do or do I have to let CPP know of my decision? Thanks
