I'm sorry if this has been answered a million times before...

but as our egg card has now been changed to a barclay card, we're due a refund back on the egg card from a collection company. We paid majority of payments from our bank account which have now gone back in however we had to make one payment on the egg credit card which hasn't gone on to the barclay card

Does any one know how we go about sorting this? Thanks :D

Think I may have got the wrong end of the stick as your account is not closed. You need to contact Barclaycard on 0844 811 9111. I would also inform the company that you are expecting a refund from as the refund may have bounched back. Explain to them and see if they'll pay back to Barclaycard?

Thank you. Account is in my husbands name and he thinks that the payment is lost no matter what I say to him, have advised he contacts the collection company & then barclay card but he says he hasn't got the time. I think I'm just now frustrated at his lack of caring about money he in now owed!!! Stupid man!!
