I've got 2 credit cards, Virgin and A&L, unaware they were both issued by MBNA, i tried to transfer the balance of Virgin to A&L, but was told i cannot transfer 1 MBNA to another. Can they do this?? I am paying interest on both, i did try for a new credit card but got declined.
