FOR INFO ONLY: Debt Collection Documents

Hi everyone,
I'm sure these have been posted before, but when complaining to either of these bodies re: a Debt Collector, I found it useful to have these supporting documents as evidence

Credit Services Association (CSA) Code of Practice:
http://www.csa-uk.com/csa/code-of-practice.php (there is a link at the bottom to download PDF)

Office of Fair Trading (OFT) Guide to Debt Collection:
http://www.oft.gov.uk/advice_and_resources/resource_base/legal/cca/debt-collection

Consumer Credit Act 1974:
http://www.fisa.co.uk/downloads/CCA%201974.pdf (This link opens a PDF)

Data Protection Act 1998:
http://www.opsi.gov.uk/Acts/Acts1998/ukpga_19980029_en_1

The last two documents are huge, but the first two I found really clear and user friendly.

Hope it helps someone, certainly helped me!
