Should i spend on my Alliance and Leicester vias debit card when i go abroad to Australia, or should I get a certain amount of money changed up here before I go. I know the card charges 2.75% load

i think (best to check!) nationwide do best f/x rates (with low/no charges?), when using plastic abroad..Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
