Best Card for a £16k transaction
I have to make a £16k purchase in April. Just wondering what might be the best card to make this purchase on in terms of cash back (or any other type of reward) - unlikely the vendor will take Amex, but most others should be fine. I would probably not use the card afterwards.

Barclaycard BT offer, any good?
I was lucky enough that my parents helped me out by transferring my debt of about £4000 onto a 0% virgin mastercard so I could avoid paying interest on my debts. Hello All, I got a letter from MBNA yesterday, saying they were increasing my monthly interest rate to the equivalent of 34.9% per annum. Letter from Virgin - interest rate up and minimum payment increased!
Had a letter from Virgin yesterday. They are increasing the rate of interest on the card to 17.9%. Worst of all though, they are upping the minimum payment to 5% of the outstanding balance!! I feel this is rather extreme. I have about £6k outstanding - by paying off £200 I was paying a fair amount above the minimunm…
