Egg money manager not working !!!

does anyone have any idea when the egg money manager will be working again, or is it just my account that has a problem ???:eek:

Spoke to them last night, they promised it would be working by this morning. Still unable to get access at 10am, so perhaps they start late on Wednesdays ;-(

I cant log into egg either and havent been able to for the past 3 days. whats going on? I've just rung them and they said they cant access accounts over the phone till tommorow!

Would laugh my !!! off if the web manager is one of the people who have had their accounts closed, and this is a bit of retaliatory sabotage...

It sounds as though all this PR may have got a load of extra people trying to access the system (through web and internal), and they've failed to load balance properly so it's crashing.

Just my theory... very frustrating!

I have been trying to log on for days.

In the midst of all this I changed my bank account and they have been unable to take the direct debit payment – not due to there not being any money in it I might add (!!) – problem is at their end.

They keep sending me texts and emails telling me to log on and sort it out but of course I can’t get in and its really annoying.

I called today to be told that they can’t sort it by phone either as their systems are all down. They couldn’t tell me when they would be back up.

Something seriously amiss at Egg.
