Can balance transfers be made super balance transfers?

When transferring some balances recently from two credit cards to two others, i ended up transferring more than the debt by mistake. This showed up as credit on the credit cards being cleared. I can then get this credit reimbursed to my current account.

Is a way to make a balance transfer a super balance transfer from credit card companies that do not normally provide this option as part of a promotion, or will this excess be treated as a cash withdrawel by the credit card receiving the debt?
