Unemployment cover is useless for self-employed people but they will be pefectly happy to sell it to you. You have to wind up your company and wait for six months before you get any benefit. How many people are paying for useless cover?

I have some credit card searches on my Equifax report due to come off this month (searches were 12/04 & 23/04). (i s'pose it will be the same for my Experian report too :confused: ) My query is....do they automatically come off 24 hrs after that day as systems are updated, or do they do them all once a month?
