Egg balance transfer fees

Hi!

Scoured the forum for this, but I'm still a little confused. I am an existing Egg card customer - from before they introduced the 2% balance transfer fee earlier in the year.

So, am I correct in thinking I can still initiate a balance transfer any time for no fee or did they change this for existing customers too?

Looking at their FAQs it also seems new customers will get no fee transfers after the introductory period?

Thanks!

Phil ;-)

You should be OK i.e. no BT fee. However, if you are concerned, send them a secure message to ask them before doing the BT. That is what I did before my recent Egg anniversary.
