Cancel CC agreement within 14 days?

HI guys,

If I cancel a credit card agreement (for a new card/account) within the 14 days that I am allowed as stated in the T&Cs will the account show up on my credit reports?

Basically I applied for a RBS card, in the hope to transfer a balance to it, but it came with a measly £400 limit and even after appeal they wouldn't increase it. Never spent on the card within 14 days and cancelled tonight, but I will need to apply for another card soon to transfer the orignal balance from, so will anything show up on he credit report at all, apart from the initial crefit check?

Cheers,
Alex
