George Foreman fault and consumer rights question

Tickets lost in post - AXS never posted - refund
Last March my daughter ordered tickets from AXS Tickets for Carole King in July. These were expensive so she paid for recorded delivery at £5.25. This on top of "service charges" of £17.20. The tickets have not arrived. Following on from several phone calls and a promised email that also never arrived, AXS eventually…

LG and SOGA
I purchased an LG 55LB730V through an employer benefits scheme in 2014 and after 21 months of usage it's got stuck on the "LG Life's Good" screen upon turning on (obviously not so good as the TV isn't working). I phoned LG to explain the situation at which they said it's down to the retailer to solve, which in accordance…

Hi All Would appreciate a little forearmed information. Bought a diamond engagement ring in Feb 2015 from a well-known nationwide store, with a 1-year warranty. A diamond has come out and been lost. The store wants to see it - naturally - and possibly send it to the manufacturer to see if has been 'abused', which I gather…

Argos Faulty Cooker 13 Months Old
I purchased a cooker from Argos 13 months ago, so it is 1 month outside their store guarantee of 12 months. The multi function switch is faulty, so the cooker cannot be used. The best Argos will offer is an outside of warranty repair, which costs nearly as much as the cooker did new. Where do I stand with this?
