Hi , like a lot of other people I own a faulty indesit fire burning tumble dryer . I reported it in November and on 2 occasions they have failed to turn up to fix it, today being the latest. When I contacted them I got passed from person to person with them all saying wrong department finally I was put through to someone who could help and was told they were closed ? With my husband having MS im not able to keep a eye on the tumble plus my fear of it catching fire as I would struggle getting him out of our house quickly means I have not been able to use it for 7 months. does anyone know if I could get a refund for the item as I do not want to deal with these people anymore and I need a working dryer as it is making things harder . any advice would be very helpful thank you.

Maybe not a refund if over 12 months old but a new drier foc. You need to put all of the above on there contact form as that is what I did. See Martins tips for what to write also. HthCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.
No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.0
