My Mam ordered a few pairs of different bobs Skechers from sports direct. She got them through the website the stores don't sell them on their store.

Now she got them and they don't fit her. She has sent them back to day with money coming from her pocket to send them back. She sent them within 7 days

Surely they should refund her the postage costs because of distant selling she thought she had the right size evidently not.

If she sent the whole order back then SD should refund all the postage that was originally paid.

SD are not required to refund the return postage cost unless the goods do not conform to contract.
This was agreed and pointed out to the buyer at the time of sale.
From their website:

Return postage is at your own cost and risk.

Can you confirm that SD supplied the sizes that were ordered?

Very sneaky, it's not as if it's blazoned across their website in a huge banner on every page or anything.

My point is it's not sneaky as you are made fully aware on every page, as well as being told when you select click and collect.

If they did not tell you until after you ordered, or buried it in their T&Cs then that would be sneaky.

You need to pay your own return postage, if it saves you a trip to town is the return postage worth no hassle? If not online shopping is not for you.

Nothing to stop you getting it delivered to your home address.
