My daughter spends time between UK and Spain. She is 14 years old. Is there a bank account she can have here which will give her a card that she can use to withdraw cash at cash points in Spain.

FairFX - Lost/ Stolen Card Replacement BEWARE
Just remembered that I reported a fairFX payg Mastercard when I was on holiday. It still had a good amount of money on it and was suprised to have not received a replacement. I was shocked when I contacted them that they dont replace cards as standard or contact people, even when the card contains funds.
