FairFX - Lost/ Stolen Card Replacement BEWARE

Just remembered that I reported a fairFX payg Mastercard when I was on holiday.
It still had a good amount of money on it and was suprised to have not received a replacement.
I was shocked when I contacted them that they dont replace cards as standard or contact people, even when the card contains funds.

That'll be because they charge you for a replacement. I think it's currently £6 for a replacement card.Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right!0

I don't find that acceptable that they simply don't do anything if you report one lost/ stolen. An email or letter or even a tick box saying 'replace'- BAD SERVICE!PLAY GOOD!
