I opened a halifax reward current account 6 weeks ago, i received £5 on 1st April and 2nd May, however i credited £1000 in to the account on the 31st May to receive my £5 reward for June but this was not paid, any ideas? :(

Do Barclays Bank allow access to a cheque immediately as soon as it has been paid in - either to withdraw some of it or clear an overdraft. I know for a fact LloydsTSb do this but do Barclays?
