Which Current Account? - already had FD and A&L

Hi All,
I'm in the market for a new current account as I'm coming to the end of the 1st year 8.5% promo period with my A&L premier account.
I've read Martins articles, but I have already been a customer of First direct so wouldnt get the £100 from them and obviously A&L are out of the running, so where to now?
There isnt much in the way of interest or rewards available to me, so I guess it comes down to quality of service - I use internet banking all the time and have an average monthly balance of around £2500.
My shortlist at the moment in no particular order is:
1) Nationwide Flex Account (my mortgage is with them at the moment too and I've had some good experiences with them, but no interest paid)
2) Halifax Reward Account (at least I would get £5 a month!)
3) First Direct 1st Account (excellent service, but no interest paid)
Any recommendations of the above or other alternatives would be appreciated!
Many thanks,
Jon

If you have some savings you could move across, Lloyds Vantage pays 4% of your balance is between 5k - 7k0
-
If you go with the Halifax Reward account, try to keep the balance in there as low as possible, and keep the rest in a savings account - that way you get interest on the money, and £5 per month.0
