Unforeseen circumstances - Cancelling Sky Fibre subscription early
Hello, My situation is that I have been made redundant and in the process ofhaving to move back to my parents house. I am pretty much halfway through a Sky fibre broadband contract as it was started back in October. Had I known that I'd be stung with redundancy, I wouldn't have signed up to a new contract. The termination…

Moving house, under 12 months in but very poor Broadband service (Fuel)
I set up a Fuel broadband service towards the end of last year on a 12 month contract. I am moving in a few days (unplanned but urgent, beyond my control). Since installation I have made several complaints about them billing me too much, not responding to complaints as they said they would, and service. I understand from…

Does the Openreach Router stay with the house?
Title says it all really! Not far away from moving house, will be contacting the ISP once we've exchanged and they will probably answer this anyway, but nothing like knowing in advance. I assume the box stays with the property and the ISP fit a new one at the new property? Does anyone know? Thanks! Ryan :D

Letter from EE saying line transfer to new provider but I'm moving line rental to EE
Hello everyone, I currently have normal dsl with EE and line rental with BT. 12 days ago I got a new package for £10 fibre and line rental (both with EE). BT changing broadband contract over phone but not from bill payer

In Oct 2015 BT allegedly (waiting for the voice recording) spoke to someone in my partner's family household about their contract for phone and broadband. For background, in 2014 they purchased a phone, TV and unlimited broadband package. My partner's mum spoke on the…

Moving house soon and want to sort out broadband, doesn't need to be the quickest in the world but will be used for general Internet and some streaming. Not fussed about a home landline either. Any recommendations on the best value package at the moment? Not moving for 6 weeks or so.

Am I expecting too much??
I am with Virgin Media for tv, broadband and calls, contracting running out next month. We moved from Sky a year ago, mainly due to the satellite dish moving every time we had slightly strong winds!
