Pre Pay Broadband?

I am looking for any pre pay home broadband as I am certain that my credit score will not allow any direct debits.
I can not seem to find any?
Do you guys know of any and if not why they won't allow it?
I did call post office and I was passed from pillar to post before somebody finally said "Sorry sir but I don't think we can do that for you"

I though about that but I really need unlimited broadband which you can not get via a dongle.
But thanks for your message0 -
Strictly speaking all broadband is prepay. In general we pay for it in advance. What makes a credit search necessary is that we need to have a phone line too and the balance for that is variable and not static.
You could try the Virgin broadband only without phone line but I think they will probably do a credit search anyway.
Lastly a PAYG mobile dongle with a hotspot/tethering feature will work but it's going to be expensive. Try Three network.0 -

Could you clarify what you mean by this?
Its your bank account which allows direct debits - not your credit rating..0 -
Tethering on payg networks incur usage restrictions and I really need unlimited.
Yes the bank does allow direct debits however the company that you wish to set up a direct debit with also like to run a credit check0 -

Which ones have you tried?
BT will offer a phone line to almost anyone including people who are currently bankrupt.:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
