TalkTalk but no Action

Hi,
I signed up to fibre broadband mid January and expected to go live by the end of January. I heard nothing for a while so I phoned up a few days before.
They told me the order he been cancelled due to the line not supporting Fibre (even though OpenReach website disagrees). TalkTalk said they have passed it on to an account manager as soon as I mentioned that I had already paid line rental upfront.
The account manager explained it had something to do with OpenReach and he would call me back in a weeks time between the hours of half 4 and half 5 because that's when I finish work. The day comes around and annoyingly he calls before that time so I can't answer. I call back after work but can only speak to customer service who aren't really any help and tell me he's still working on it.
Waited a few weeks still no contact so I tried again yesterday. Same spiel and that the account manager will call on Monday.
Luckily I didn't cancel my contract with EE so that is still running but are of course being charged by them.
Any ideas on what I should do? I'm considering cancelling but not sure if I'll get hit with a fee. Their not losing out even if I cancelled my dd since I only had to pay line rental for the first month.

The offers we cannot refuse have disappeared from talk talk anyway. Now all you get is half price Simply Broadband while Fibre is the full price. This represents a saving of just £3.75p per month and an 18 month contract which as far as I can see is the most expensive "deal" there is. You'll do better with plusnet or if you want a mobile provider Vodafone or even BT.
My "Go Live" date with Talk Talk is just a few days away and quite frankly I'm wishing I hadn't gone with them. With a bit of luck it might get better.0 -
It's terrible and what's worse is MSE are advertising for them even though they've got an awful rep which I've only found after getting the contract. Hasn't saved me any money0
