BT broadband nitemare

BT have got to be the worst ever company. Our broadband keeps going off many many times a day. Been reported several times with no avail. They say they have sorted it but then it keeps happening. What else can I do please?

problem with some of the Bt tools is that they only work on a LAN connection , not over WIFI , and not everyone owns either a laptop or PC these days

I suggest you post on the appropriate board at https://community.bt.com/

Wherever you post, to get the most assistance you need to provide some more details including:

    1. Do you have ADSL or fibre?
    2. How long have you had the service?
    3. Has this problem always happened or is it recent?
    4. Is your modem connected to the BT master socket? Do you have any phone extensions?
    5. Do you connect via WiFi or ethernet/LAN?

Also, helpful to know if a) this happens at specific times of the day or after specific events (i.e. rain, wind etc), b) if you have you had a BT engineer visit you and c) if you hear any noises on the line when making a call.
