Moving house, under 12 months in but very poor Broadband service (Fuel)

I set up a Fuel broadband service towards the end of last year on a 12 month contract. I am moving in a few days (unplanned but urgent, beyond my control).
Since installation I have made several complaints about them billing me too much, not responding to complaints as they said they would, and service.
I understand from the contract that there's a £60 charge to move house, or may have to cancel contract and suffer a charge when I move - what are my options and what approach should I take? If I cancel what are chances of them pursuing me? Should I just say i'm moving and request a free change of service due to issues? What if they say no?
Thanks

Pay off your contract with Fuel .
Move with Fuel and you pay £60 plus you will start a new contract .
Cancel and don't pay its 100% that its passed to a debt collector and your credit record gets trashed for six years .0 -
What if they say no? Then you pay the ETC and move on to a decent provider. What's to lose by asking?
Remember that there will also be an OR cease charge of around £30 if you don't migrate the service. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Thanks for the replies. Have spoken to Fuel and they aren't prepared to do much, their customer service advisors all have pretty bad attitudes. The transfer could also take 3-4 weeks as opposed to BT getting me online within a week!
However their website has been down for a day... I do wonder whether they are a fly by night and I ought to just cancel and let them chase payment...
Sky have a decent offer via this forum that is much better.0 -
Dont cancel and let them chase payment .
Its a lawful contract and your debt will be passed on and your credit record trashed .0 -
Why is it Fuel who have a 'bad attitude' when it's you that wishes to break your minimum term contract without penalty? No free lunch, and no free laptop
