Unlimited broadband and anytime calls
We're currently with BT and have had no problems at all however, we feel we might be able to get a cheaper deal for the same thing elsewhere..... We currently pay around £25 for the BB and £19.50 for the calls and line rental. We cannot have virgin as we are in a non cable area so are limited to a BT line. I looked into…

Monthly internet + line rental
Need to get a proper broadband connection for a short-term property. Monthly is preferable but could go up to a 3 month contract. Maybe 6 month too. I really don't want to have to fork out over £30/month as it would be just for me. Priorities: 1. Truly unlimited. 2. Cheap. 3. Fast. Is this possible at all? Or do I need to…

Advice as to how I get myself out of this!: Talktalk
I'm with Talktalk. I've been with them for over 5 years now and what started off as a decent service is now so unreliable it's beyond a joke. The problems began a few years ago and each time they said it was fixed, it went wrong a few weeks or months later. BT OpenReach (Talktalk's repair people) have told me on repeated…

I've been a TalkTalk user and supporter for 8 years now - using homecall and then tt and never had any major issues that couldn't be easily resolved. Until now. I rang tech support 2 weeks ago and they couldn't fix a problem and arranged an engineers visit for last night. It was booked for the evening and I rang at 6pm to…

Am I right in thinking.......
Openreach are installing fibre in my area in the new year. Am I right in thinking they will be replacing the copper wires with fibre up to the street cabinets ? If so,does that mean if I remain on a non fibre contract (currently upto 8Mb ) I will get the benefit of a more stable and slightly faster connection ?

Virgin Increasing their prices yet again !
I can't believe that I got a letter telling me that my services are increasing by another £3 per month. This together with the £3.50 increased last February bring the increases to 20% of my total charges  It is highway robbery ! What happened to the rate of inflation ? I rang to ask if I cancelled BB and kept the TV…

Virgin or BT?
Hi all, Bit of a dilemma here. Just moving house and Virgin Media can now only provide me with ADSL internet through the phone and no TV. Whilst that saves me about £15/month, we both absolutely love watching TV and recording Time Team (i know, i know, boring people!). So i checked out BT and they can offer their own…
