Talktalk, Lovefilm promotion no longer available

I get the weekly Money Saving Expert email where I read the following:-
We've blagged MoneySavers a £50 high street voucher when you take out TalkTalk's TV package* before Thu 13 Dec. The basic TV package costs £14.50/mth, plus you'll need to pay for line rental also costing £14.50/month. It's cheaper than Sky, though the TV's very basic.

What do you get?

Basic Freeview TV (Sky starts from £5/month)
Free YouView box (lets you rewind, pause, record and catch up)
Free Lovefilm Instant, usually £58 (to get this, you'll need to log in to your account - you get access as soon as you've signed up).
Broadband with unlimited downloads
Line rental including anytime calls
You'll be able to redeem your voucher via your account, once your service is activated.

So I thought I would sign up, but on the Talktalk internet site there is no mention of the Lovefilm promotion, so I got intouch with Talktalk on their chat line only to be informed that this promotion finished on 01/12/2012. According to Money Saving Expert this offer is available until 13/12/2012, can enybody shed some light on this

If you read the T&Cs at the bottom of that page though, you will see that although the lovefilm offer runs to 31/12/2012, it has limited availability and may be withdrawn earlier. You might want to try phoning again and seeing if you get the same answer.

Just been on the phone to the TalkTalk folk about the love film offer.

Very dissapointed, especially when asked why I was just calling now about it.

Ordered it in Dec 12 and told it would be there, when the guy installed it in Jan 2013 he said of cojurse you get your 12 months love film.

No mention of website visit or anything else or you could loose it or limited.
