Dear Customer,

Your parcel has arrived at the post office at December 7.Our postrider was unable to deliver the parcel to you.

To receive a parcel, please, go to the nearest our office and show this postal receipt.





GET POSTAL RECEIPT

yes it is a scam, i have had similar, from fed-ex and ups.

In a word, yes. Delete it, and do not click on the link, which will contain an executable file.

Always look closely at the grammar.

Not saying all real companies are full of intelligent and well educated people with a great grasp of British English but we know most scammers aren't.
