Getting out of Orange Broadband
I recently switched from Pipex to Orange Broadband ( :( ) and my speed has decreased from 6.2Mbps to 2.2Mbps and below. I signed up on the 17th of October and I'm wondering what my rights are in terms of cancelling the contract as I'm not happy with the service. I'd rather avoid the lengthy calls to distant call centres so…

I came across a VM stand in a shopping mall, advertising 'Fibre' broadband. As a VM customer of some 15 years, I wondered how/when I would get this 'fibre BB' from my existing copper co-ax. So I asked when I would get fibre - "it's there now!" I was told by the salesman. Where was it? He explained; "It runs up to just…

Broadband provider with UK tech-help?
