Talk Talk to Sky direct LLU
Hello moneysavers, having sky tele it would appear (on the face of it) to make sense to have phone and broadband in the same place. Currently I have both phone and broadband with Tiscali/Talk Talk. Only a few months ago I rang sky and the operator stated that I would have to go back to bt for at least 1 years line rental.…

I wanted to change my email password, could not do so cos was not registered to my accout, so called customer service to ask them what was wrong. Pipex terrible service - bemused
My parents have been pipex customers for around 5 years now Recently their brooadband stopped working out of the blue. No windows updates, no security updates: just the exchange failing to recognize their login info (yes, we have triple checked it This was 10 days ago After countless calls to Pipex's call-centre, which…

huge problems with talk-talk / tiscali
I changed my package with talk-talk/ tiscali (used to be a tiscali customer) to get line rental and internet with them rather than just internet. This should have been in my September bill, but wasn't - meaning I still had to pay line rental to BT and a higher rate for internet. I called them and they said they'd fix it.…

CHECK your PLUS.Net bill, been misbilled for non-direct debit
If you are with plus.net and don't currently pay by direct debit, you should NOT be charged £1.50 this month. The last email sent out by plus.net said this charge was deferred till 1st March. However, my bill came through with that £1.50 added.
