CHECK your PLUS.Net bill, been misbilled for non-direct debit

If you are with plus.net and don't currently pay by direct debit, you should NOT be charged £1.50 this month.
The last email sent out by plus.net said this charge was deferred till 1st March.
However, my bill came through with that £1.50 added.

If you're waiting on a refund drop a post in here with a ticket ID or username (if you're happy posting a user ID in a public forum, a ticket ID is probably more anonymous) and we'll take a look at it for you.
