Utility Warehouse - MAC Code

My friend has requested via email to get a MAC code to move her Tel and Broadband and has yet to receive a reply - thought they had to provide one in about 48 hrs is that correct? anyone else got info on this subject - are they difficult to release MAC codes?

They have 5 working days.
NB: you cannot move your phone via a MAC, it is for broadband migration only.No free lunch, and no free laptop
