Hello,
A package was left at my house for a neigbour, however this neigbour has actually moved. There is nothing on the package telling me how I can return it to Virgin Media. Does anyone have ideas? Its a broadband instialltion pack.
thanks

Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.

Do you have a forwarding address for your neighbour? You'll probably find its from their new house and someone has messed up the paperwork.0

no, just knew they loaded a van and the property has been empty for about 4 weeks. The post box isnt big enough for the package to fit through either.Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0

And just yesterday Virgin told me there is no way they would mess up the address!
You could try calling Virgin... But I wouldn't expect much help. Or send a form to complaints department, this actually was the only time when thry actually contacted me.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Throw it away, nobody can prove it was delivered to you unless you signed for it or it was addressed to you. It is not your responsibility to sort out this mess. If you are worried just keep it for a few weeks then chuck it if nobody has contacted you. It's someone else's fault.0

Yes it was signed for by my sister. Hence the worry.Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0 -
Do you have a virgin shop nearby, or a stall in a shopping mall?0

In that case just keep it boxed up in a cupboard and don't worry about it.It's someone else's fault.0 -
OP....Suggest you send an email to Neil Berkett, VM Chief Executive, at neil.berkett@virginmedia.co.uk or to Richard Branson at richard.branson@fly.virgin.com requesting VM to sort this out at no cost to yourself.
Both email addresses are pro-actively managed and you will get a response within 3 working days.
Alternatively you could ring a freephone number for VM as shown at http://www.saynoto0870.com/companysearch.php.
Hope this helps.0 -
