Gona place an order with Virgin broadband... But, a few mates have informed me about the Torrent downloads. A friend has told me that you are not allowed to download any Torrent files? Plusnet £25 cancellation fee
Today I tried to cancel my plusnet broadband only to be to that I'd have to pay £25 to cancel due to the fact that I'm moving to Virgin, They say it's because bt will charge them to disconnect my phone line. Any ideas if this is legal or how can i get out of paying it?????

hi all, i was just wondering who would be the best isp for gaming out of these two? i have not heard great things about sky but a person in my area is getting 12-13 mbps from them!
